Reiki Training
Reiki is a beautiful method to reconnect with yourself, find inner calm, become more aware of your body, and support others on their journey. At the same time, Reiki is a gentle form of energy work that uses mindful touch and conscious presence. It helps calm the nervous system, reduce stress, release inner tension, and give your body’s natural healing processes more space to unfold.
Reiki can be used in many areas of life. Some people practice it for personal self-care and emotional balance. Others integrate it into their professional fields, such as coaching, bodywork, wellness, nursing, or animal-assisted work. Reiki is often used for stress reduction, support during or after challenging life phases, assistance in physical recovery, chakra harmonization, calming anxiety or restlessness, and the energetic cleansing of spaces. It can also enrich spiritual growth, intuition training, and magical practices.
I teach Reiki from the First Degree up to the Teacher Level in individual or mini-group settings (maximum of 2 participants), allowing you to experience focused, deep, and highly personalized training designed around your goals and needs. This personal framework makes it possible to dive much deeper into the techniques that benefit you the most. In a standardized Reiki course, there is often little room for personal themes, individual questions, different learning speeds, or specific areas of application. Here, the training is tailored to your daily life, your needs, and your intended practice field.
Reiki is also increasingly used in clinical and scientific contexts. Several hospitals, oncology centers, care facilities, and hospices offer Reiki as a complementary supportive method, especially for stress reduction, relaxation before medical procedures, easing anxiety, and emotional stabilization. Studies have examined its impact on the autonomic nervous system, sleep quality, pain perception, and overall well-being. Although research is still developing, current findings show that Reiki is gaining recognition as a supportive measure within healthcare and integrative medicine.

Reiki Grad 1 – Shoden
Foundations, Chakra Theory, and Practice
Reiki Level 1 is the beginning of your energetic journey. Here you learn to perceive your own energy more consciously, to direct it, and to use it for yourself and others. Many experience this level as a gentle exhale, a return to themselves, and a powerful entry into a new awareness of their body. It creates a stable foundation for all further Reiki work, both in self-application and in working with other people.
A central element is also the attunement to the first Reiki level, during which your Reiki channel is opened and you are aligned with the energy work.
Who this level is for
Reiki Level 1 is right for you if you want a clear, safe entry into energy work. It is ideal if you:
- want to deepen your self-care
- are looking for a mindful connection to your body and emotions
- would like to use Reiki later in a professional context or within your family
- are sensitive and prefer a protected, safe setting
- want a stable basis for your further spiritual or therapeutic development
Reiki Level 1 is a prerequisite for Level 2, Master, and Teacher.

Reiki Grad 2 – Okuden
Deepening, Mental Techniques and Distance Work
Reiki Level 2 takes you deeper into energy work. Your practice becomes more precise, focused, and versatile. You learn methods to direct Reiki mentally, send it over distance, and consciously support energetic processes. Many experience this level as a true expansion of their possibilities, as it opens new emotional, mental, and spiritual doors. You will also learn more application methods of Reiki for your personal practice, as well as Reiki for self-protection and energetic cleansing.
Who this is for
Reiki Level 2 is ideal for you if you:
want to deepen and professionally expand your Reiki practice
wish to work more professionally with clients
want to apply Reiki mentally, emotionally, or over distance
want to support animals energetically
want to work more strongly with intention, focus, and energetic precision

Personal Transformation and Professional Depth
The Master level is much more than a training. It is a journey back to yourself. You learn not only to use Reiki, but to live it. This path leads you into your inner depths, helps you to recognise and transform patterns, and combines tools that take your Reiki work to a completely new level. The guidance is particularly personal here, as this process involves intensive inner development steps.
An important component of this level is the attunement to the Master symbol, which opens and deepens your energetic work on an entirely new level.
This level can only be booked as individual training in order to accompany your process safely and in a highly individual way.

Passing It On, Didactics and Professional Implementation
The Teacher level not only enables you to pass on Reiki authentically, but also to build your own Reiki school or practice. This level combines the energetic depth of the Master path with practical didactics, educational skills, and entrepreneurial foundations.
Again, this level can only be booked individually in order to optimally support you in your role as a teacher.
