Life Coaching

You Don't Have to Do It All Alone

Life rarely follows a straight path. Sometimes we face challenges that completely knock us off our feet. Sometimes we carry old wounds that continue to influence us years later. And sometimes there is no obvious reason for our unhappiness—just a lingering feeling that life somehow feels heavier than it should.

Perhaps you’re navigating a difficult chapter of your life. Maybe you’re dealing with a breakup, conflict, challenging family dynamics, a major decision, or uncertainty about what comes next. Perhaps you’re struggling with self-doubt, stress, overwhelm, anxiety, or the feeling that you’re constantly taking care of everyone else while losing sight of yourself in the process.

Or maybe you simply sense that there is more waiting for you. More joy. More freedom. More confidence. More you.

Wherever you are right now, you don’t have to walk this path alone.

More Than Just Talking

Many people come to me after spending months or even years trying to solve their challenges on their own. They’ve read the books, listened to the podcasts, watched the videos, and had countless conversations with friends—or even therapists. They often understand their situation remarkably well, yet nothing truly changes. Because understanding alone is rarely enough.

As a psychologist, I’ve learned that lasting change happens when we look beyond the symptoms and uncover the real causes underneath. Often, it isn’t the obvious problem that keeps us stuck, but the beliefs, fears, experiences, and patterns operating beneath the surface. Our brains are wired to cling to familiar habits, even when those habits no longer serve us. Many of our behaviors, thoughts, and emotional reactions have been reinforced over years or even decades, making them difficult to recognize and even harder to change. That’s exactly why it can be so difficult to see our own blind spots. One of my greatest strengths as a coach is helping people uncover these hidden patterns. Through targeted questions, psychological expertise, and a trained eye for underlying dynamics, we can often identify the true root of what’s holding you back surprisingly quickly. Many clients experience powerful breakthroughs and “aha” moments during our very first session because they finally see connections they had never recognized before.

This isn’t about endlessly analyzing problems or retelling the same story over and over again. It’s about gaining clarity, understanding what is really happening beneath the surface, and creating meaningful change from that understanding.

A Roadmap Instead of More Overthinking

Every coaching session is designed to move you forward. Together, we won’t just explore what’s currently difficult – we’ll also focus on where you want to go. We create a clear and practical roadmap that fits your personality, strengths, responsibilities, goals, and real-life circumstances. After all, even the best strategy is useless if it doesn’t work within your everyday life. Depending on your situation, you’ll receive practical exercises, journaling prompts, reflection questions, and concrete action steps to implement between sessions. Small shifts often create the biggest transformations.

The vast majority of my clients tell me that even a single session helps them recognize patterns they had never seen before. They finally understand why they keep getting stuck in the same places. Most importantly, they leave knowing exactly what they can do next to create meaningful change.

Common Reasons People Come to Coaching

Every person brings their own story, challenges, and goals. That’s why there is no issue that is “too big,” “too small,” or “not important enough” for coaching.

Some of the most common topics I support people with include:

Self-Worth & Confidence – Learning to value yourself, develop inner strength, and stop constantly second-guessing yourself.

People Pleasing & Boundaries – Learning to say no, stop putting everyone else’s needs before your own, and create healthier relationships.

Stress, Overwhelm & Emotional Burnout – Finding greater calm, coping more effectively with life’s demands, and feeling able to breathe again.

Anxiety, Self-Doubt & Limiting Beliefs – Changing the thoughts and beliefs that keep you small or repeatedly hold you back.

Healing Old Wounds & Past Experiences – Processing difficult experiences, healing your inner child, and understanding how the past continues to influence the present.

Family Dynamics & Cycle Breaking – Navigating difficult relationships with parents or family members, recognizing generational patterns, and consciously creating a different future.

Toxic Relationships & Unhealthy Patterns – Understanding recurring relationship dynamics, building healthier connections, and defining what a fulfilling relationship looks like for you.

Relationships & Couples Coaching – Improving communication, resolving conflicts, deepening understanding, and rebuilding connection together.

Breakups, Loss & Life Transitions – Moving through difficult seasons of life and emerging stronger on the other side.

Self-Discovery & Personal Growth – Discovering who you truly are, what you want, and how to create a life that feels aligned and authentic.

Major Decisions & Finding Direction – Gaining clarity when you’re at a crossroads and unsure which path to take.

Career Changes & New Beginnings – Creating new opportunities, making courageous decisions, and designing a life on your own terms.

No matter what brings you to coaching, our work goes far beyond simply talking about the problem. Together, we’ll uncover what’s really driving your challenges, create a clear path forward, and build changes that have a tangible impact on your everyday life. Sometimes one powerful session is enough to create clarity and momentum. Sometimes the greatest transformation comes through longer-term support. Together, we’ll find the approach that serves you best.

FAQ

A standard coaching session lasts 60 minutes.

However, I never want important insights, emotional breakthroughs, or meaningful conversations to be cut short simply because the clock has run out. That’s why all individual sessions can be extended by up to 30 minutes at no additional cost if needed. My focus isn’t on ending exactly on time. My focus is on making sure you leave the session with clarity, a sense of relief, and practical next steps you can take moving forward.

Many challenges can be significantly improved, or even resolved, in a single session. Sometimes a fresh perspective, an important insight, or a clear action plan is enough to help you move forward on your own. Other situations benefit from longer-term support, especially when we’re working through deeply rooted patterns, processing significant life experiences, or creating lasting change across multiple areas of life. That’s why I offer not only individual sessions, but also my coaching packages: The Compass, The Path Forward, and The Transformation. These packages allow us to work together over a longer period of time, track your progress, navigate challenges as they arise, and build sustainable change step by step.

During your free Alignment Call, we’ll explore which option best fits your current situation and goals.

No.

The names Path Forward (1 Month) and Transformation (3 Months) are intended as guidelines for the level of support and the recommended timeframe, not as strict deadlines. I believe coaching should adapt to your life, not the other way around. Some clients benefit from weekly sessions during periods of major change or when they want more intensive support. Others need more time between sessions to process insights, complete exercises, and integrate changes into their daily lives. Together, we’ll create a rhythm that fits your goals, schedule, and personal circumstances. My goal is not to squeeze as many sessions as possible into a short period of time. My goal is to give you the space you need for meaningful and lasting transformation.

I understand that personal growth is an investment, and every financial situation is different. Flexible payment plans are available for coaching packages on an individual basis. If you’d like support but are unsure which option is financially realistic for you, please reach out or book a free Alignment Call. Together, we’ll find a solution that works for your situation.

While coaching and therapy can sometimes address similar topics, they serve different purposes. Therapy is generally focused on diagnosing and treating mental health conditions. Coaching focuses on personal growth, self-awareness, clarity, and creating meaningful change. Together, we’ll explore not only why things are the way they are, but also how you can move step by step toward where you’d like to be. This may include working through past experiences, limiting beliefs, emotional wounds, or difficult life events. The difference is that coaching places a strong emphasis on solutions, practical strategies, and real-world implementation.

If you’re currently waiting for a therapy appointment, coaching can also provide valuable support in the meantime. However, coaching is not a replacement for psychotherapy or medical treatment.

No.

Coaching is a self-funded service and is generally not covered by public or private health insurance. Many of my clients see coaching as an investment in themselves, their quality of life, their relationships, their mental well-being, and their personal growth. The benefits often extend far beyond the individual, positively impacting families, partnerships, friendships, and careers as well.

Yes.

Many of life’s challenges show up in our relationships, whether through communication difficulties, conflicting needs, recurring arguments, trust issues, emotional distance, or stressful life circumstances. In couples coaching, I help both partners better understand each other, identify unhelpful patterns, and create healthier ways of relating. The goal isn’t to assign blame but it’s to find solutions and strengthen the relationship. Couples coaching is offered at the same rate as individual coaching.

I work with people of all ages. Most of my clients are adults navigating periods of change, personal growth, healing, or life transitions. However, I also work with children and teenagers who are motivated to receive support and create positive change in their lives. More important than age is a willingness to engage honestly with yourself and actively participate in the process.

Each session starts exactly where you are. Together, we’ll explore your current situation, challenges, thoughts, and emotions. Through targeted questions, psychological expertise, and a deeper look at underlying patterns, we’ll uncover what’s really driving the issue you’re facing. From there, we’ll create practical next steps that fit your personality, strengths, resources, and real-life circumstances. Depending on your goals, you may receive exercises, journaling prompts, reflection questions, or action steps to work with between sessions. My goal is for you to leave every session with greater clarity, fresh insights, and concrete tools for moving forward.

Not at all.

Some people find me through my retreats, workshops, my work as a modern witch, or my YouTube channel, The Witches’ Cookery. Others come purely because of my background in psychology and coaching. My work is rooted in psychology, behavior change, self-reflection, and personal development. Elements such as rituals, symbolic reflection, or nature-based practices may be included if they resonate with you, but they are never required and are always adapted to your individual preferences and needs.

That depends entirely on your goals and situation. Some clients come with a specific challenge and gain the clarity they need in a single session. Others prefer longer-term support to work through deeper patterns, achieve major life goals, or create lasting change over time. That’s why I offer both individual sessions and coaching packages.

Yes. All coaching sessions are available online via Zoom. Many of my clients live in different countries and appreciate the flexibility and convenience of online sessions. If you live nearby or prefer meeting in person, sessions are also available at W.I.T.C.H. in Vilseck, Germany.

That’s exactly what the free Alignment Call is for. During this no-obligation conversation, we’ll discuss your current situation, goals, and challenges. You’ll have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have, and together we’ll explore whether coaching is the right next step for you. You don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out. Often it’s enough to simply know that something needs to change.

Absolutely.

Not everyone comes to coaching because they’re in crisis. Many of my clients have a good life and still feel there could be something more. More joy. More confidence. More clarity. More purpose. More authenticity. Sometimes coaching isn’t about solving a problem. It’s about exploring your potential, creating a more intentional life, and becoming the person you want to be. Or sometimes it is about discovering what the actual underlying problem is and why life isn’t currently feeling the way you want it to feel.

Yes.

Many of my clients live with diagnoses such as ADHD, autism, depression, anxiety disorders, or other mental health challenges. It’s important to understand that I do not provide therapy or medical treatment, nor do I diagnose, treat, or cure mental health conditions. My role is as a coach. Together, we’ll focus on practical strategies, self-understanding, daily-life tools, and creating a life that works for you. Many clients find coaching to be a valuable complement to therapy, medical care, or other forms of professional support.

My background in psychology allows me to quickly identify patterns, blind spots, and underlying dynamics that people often struggle to see for themselves. At the same time, I don’t focus solely on understanding. Many people already know exactly why they have a particular problem, yet they still feel stuck. That’s why my coaching combines psychological insight with practical strategies, reflection tools, and actionable next steps. You won’t leave with just a new perspective. You’ll leave with a roadmap for creating meaningful change in your life.

I hear this surprisingly often. Many of my clients have already read the books, listened to the podcasts, attended courses, or even worked with other coaches and therapists. Often, the missing piece isn’t more information. It’s seeing your own patterns from a different perspective. Sometimes one new insight is all it takes to uncover something that has been hiding in plain sight for years.

That’s completely okay.

Coaching can be emotional because we’re often talking about things that matter deeply. There is no expectation that you always need to be strong, composed, or in control. Emotions are often an important part of the healing and growth process, and they are just as welcome as thoughts, plans, and solutions. There is always a box of tissues within reach and my coaching room has witnessed its fair share of tears, frustration, and even the occasional angry scream into the void.
